Client Charter of Malaysian Pepper Board
Malaysian Pepper Board will provide a fair, efficient and reliable and always strive for the good of the whole pepper industry.
We will :
Provide the production of products as follows:
Issue a Pepper Grade Certificate within two (2) working days after receiving the laboratory analysis results in accordance with the objectives of QMS ISO 9001:2015 Pepper Grading and Certification Services for Sarawak Pepper.
Issue a certificate for physical and chemical analysis in accordance with Standard ISO 17025 within one (1) day and microbiological analysis within seven (7) working days;
The production of pepper products which comply with the guidelines for HACCP and Halal Certification;
Collect and disseminate local pepper prices on a daily basis, latest by 11.00 am;
Respond to enquiries within one (1) working day;
Ensure the customer complaints are given :
acknowledge within one (1) working day;
initial response within five (5) working days; and
complaints are attended within fifteen (15) working days
Pay completed bills within fourteen (14) working days;
Purchase pepper from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on every working day;
Provide at least 3 days in-house training to farmers.
